All it takes to reserve a home at The Heather is an initial deposit and a two-hour design selection meeting to sign off on overall style, paint colors, carpet, flooring, and fixtures. Construction is underway just after that and typically takes six to eight months to complete.

Each home at The Heather comes with a fully custom design package, selected by you, and guided by one of our agents in our simplified design selection process.
